Customers can be sure that their money is safe with Iglu Ski, we are financially secure and members of both ABTA (in fact, our CEO Richard Downs is on the Board of Directors) and ATOL. As a member of ABTA, we benefit from ABTA’s assistance and Code of Conduct.

Are my holidays protected under Iglu’s travel insurance?

Customer will be issued with an ATOL Certificate outlining proof of your protection upon booking. All other holidays, where we are the principal but do not include a flight, are protected under Iglu’s Association of British Travel Agents bond (ABTA #J0332).
