Does Jigglypuff sing?
Like in the anime, Jigglypuff frequently sings, expecting people and Pokémon to appreciate its song. However, its song causes them to sleep, and Jigglypuff makes drawings on their faces.
Is Jigglypuff a good Pokémon?
Sadly, Jigglypuff’s overall stats aren’t all that hot, but it’s got good Attack and outstanding HP values to at least make up a little for the lack of Defense, Special and Speed. Things get better once you evolve Jigglypuff into a Wigglytuff, but remember that Wiggly doesn’t learn any moves on its own.

They have no effect on the Pokemon performing the move(s). Therefore, whenever Jigglypuff is singing, Humans or Pokemon fall asleep. Her singing is primarily a “Status Condition” Move and that’s it. If it was meant to be listened to, Humans and Pokemon would be wearing earplugs, so they don’t fall asleep.

Wigglytuff is an all-around great Pokemon in NU. With solid defensive stats and a fantastic movepool including moves such as the coveted Thunder Wave, it’s a Pokemon that can fit on many teams.
