How do I claim a refund from Virgin Holidays?
You can request a full refund as part of the options available when you log into Manage My Booking. Once you have requested your refund, there is nothing more you need to do, and you can check the status of your refund in Manage My Booking. Refund requests will be processed within our normal timeframe.
Can I cancel my holiday with Virgin?
Yes, you can cancel your Virgin Holidays booking; however, there will be significant charges for cancellations. Such cancellations can be as much as 100% of the original reservation. Any refunds you may be subject to will only be made to the credit card on file that was used in the original booking.
How long does it take for Virgin Atlantic to refund?
