What is ENiCrMo 3?
ENiCrMo-3 type 112 is an electrode which is used to weld nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys. Its applications include dissimilar joints between nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys to either stainless steels, carbon or low alloy steels.
What is ernicr3?
ERNiCr-3 (NA82) is used for welding Inconel alloy 600 and Incoloy 800, overlaying on steel and various dissimilar metal welding applications. Weld processes which can be used include GTAW, GMAW and ASAW.
What is the a number for ERNiCrMo 3?
ERNiCrMo-3 (NA625) is used primarily for gas tungsten and gas metal arc and matching composition base metals. It is also used for welding Inconel 601 and Incoloy 800.
What is Inconel electrode?
INCONEL Welding Electrode 112 is used for shielded-metal-arc welding of INCONEL alloy 625, INCOLOY alloy 825, INCOLOY alloy 25-6MO, and other molybdenum-contain- ing stainless steels. It is also used for surfacing of steel and for welding various corrosion- resistant alloys such as alloy 20.
What is Inconel 82?
INCONEL Filler Metal 82 is used for gas-tungsten-arc, gas-metal-arc and submerged-arc welding of INCONEL alloys 600, 601 and 690, INCOLOY alloys 800 and 800řT, and INCOLOY alloy 330. It is also used for surfacing of steel. INCOFLUX NT100 is used for submerged arc groove welding with this wire.
Is Inconel 82 magnetic?
No. It is nonmagnetic. But many Inconel alloys possess magnetic qualities despite not being naturally magnetic. This has to do with its alloying elements and behavior during the heat-treating process.
