HydroSeal 75 (White) is a water based two part epoxy (1 Gallon Kit) that can be used on concrete block and poured concrete walls and floors. We recommend white on the walls and gray on the floors. Coverage is about 150 sq ft per coat. Recommend that you do a minimum of 2 coats. Instructions on the containers.
