No wonder that it tops the scales at a whopping 16.20 kg with its Öhlins coil suspension and complete renunciation of carbon parts.

Is the COMMENCAL clash a freeride bike?
Thanks to a flip chip on the front-most linkage pivot, the Clash has two settings: Sensitive and Dynamic. Sensitive is designed for downhill and freeride-style tracks, where grip and comfort are important, and Dynamic is claimed to be better for smoother tracks or large jumps.

The CLASH SIGNATURE has slightly higher gearing, the META AM 29 SIGNATURE has 29″ wheels, and the CAPRA Pro Race has a carbon frame, carbon wheels, better components, and more travel.
