Are all Fisher Space Pen refills the same?
Almost all our pens take the same Fisher Pressurized Refill (PR). Our Q4 uses the Universal Refill and our INFINIUM doesn’t take a refill.
Is the Fisher Space Pen refillable?
Most Fisher Space Pens use our Pressurized (PR) cartridge. The Q4 Multi-Action Space Pen uses our Universal (U) cartridge. The Contractor Space Pen uses our RP/CSP cartridge. The Infinium and R80 Space Pens are not refillable.
Do Fisher Space Pen refills fit other pens?
Yes. Fisher sends the refill along with an adapter which works as an extension to fit parker ballpoint pens.
What cartridges fit Fisher Space Pen?
With a little bit of washi tape around the barrel in key points and a trim to the end of the refill, a standard Uni Style Fit Gel Cartridge fits into the Fisher Space Pen like a champ. I suspect with some finagling, other refills of the Pilot G2 variety might also work. More tests and experiments to follow.

Are Fisher pens worth it?
Like I said, Fisher Space Pens are an easy recommendation if you’re looking for a relatively inexpensive, write-anywhere option. Personally, I use the Astronaut pen more than the Bullets on a day-to-day basis, but the latter are a fixture in my travel bag when I’m on the road due to their compact size.

Can I use a Parker refill spacer in a Fisher Pen?
When used in place of Parker refill, this makes pen a bit noisy/clicky when texting (raising the pen and lowering it back to paper), as spacer is not fixed to shaft of refill. I glued the spacer firmly in place, as i know that this will not be used in Fisher pens.
What do you think about the Parker medium ink refill?
The ink smudges a bit if you rub it after writing through water, but not bad. The point is, the pen keeps writing just fine. Anyway, I used this refill to replace the ink that came in the tactical pen I bought, that takes Parker refills. One thing I saw in another review, was a complaint that the fine and medium are indistinguishable.
