To use your reward voucher please contact Virgin Atlantic Flying Club on 0344 412 2414. Please be aware that Upgrade and Companion voucher usage is dependent on reward seat availability. Your choice depends on whether you’re a Red, Silver or Gold Flying Club member when you choose it.

How do I use Virgin Atlantic upgrade voucher?

Upgrade vouchers can now be used in conjunction with any ticket in any booking class including reward flights (but excluding Economy Light), for a one cabin upgrade for a return flight. Clubhouse vouchers are now valid for all flights booked on Virgin Atlantic, Delta, Air France and KLM when flying internationally.

How does Virgin Atlantic voucher work?

You can use your Travel Voucher to purchase a future Virgin Atlantic flight to any of our destinations and in a different cabin. You can even make a booking for someone else using your Travel Voucher. If the new ticket price is greater than the voucher value, you just need to pay the difference in fare.

Is my virgin voucher valid?

It is usually up to 9 or 12 months, but you can find out the exact validity your voucher will hold on the product information of our website, just below the product title prior to purchase. The actual voucher itself will then come with a printed expiry date!

Can I get a refund on my virgin experience voucher?

We are happy to refund your experience voucher within 30 days of the original purchase, if your experience has not yet been booked, exchanged or extended (providing you have not purchased an event ticket).
