Can you battle Gym Leaders again HeartGold?
In Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver, the Gym Leaders of Kanto and Johto are found in the Fighting Dojo. However, unlike Platinum, the Leaders will not arrive at the Dojo until they have been called on for a rematch. To re-battle a Gym Leader, the player has to first obtain the Gym Leader’s number.

Can you beat all the gym leaders without beating surge?
Wrong, you can fight them in any order. I’ve already beaten Brock and Misty without beating Surge. ok thanks! kind of disappointing, cause i like having a certain order to fight the gym leaders in, but as long as there all around the same level it doesnt bother me that much.
