Why do I get question marks instead of pictures on Safari?
By default, Outlook for Mac doesn’t automatically download pictures or photos in email messages if the images are stored on the Internet. Click ‘Download pictures’, and the images will always show. If you don’t the images/pictures will show as a blue question mark.
