When you complete the genocide route fully, trading your soul and all, it alters the post credit cutscenes of the pacifist ending, resulting in what is called the “soulless pacifist” ending. This cutscene can’t be reverted by any means in game. You MUST edit the game’s save files to remove it.
What happens if you play genocide before pacifist?
Genocide requires no Pre-requisites like the pacifist ending does. there will be slight differences if you beat pacifist 1st though 😉 Technically you have to have a neutral ending before pacifist, but you don’t have to reset the save file to do all that.
