How Long does bioware store take to ship?

Most orders normally ship within 1-2 business days. Some international orders may take up to 3 business days to process. Orders are not processed after 12pm (MST) or on weekends. Any orders placed during this time will be processed within the normal time frame.

Does Bioware charge for preorders?
