380 small pocket pistol, this is definitely a very good option despite its faults. The slide serrations and slick slide are a major downside for me. One thing I’ve also noticed is the finish Ruger has on these firearms very weak. It develops surface rust very quickly.

What is the difference between a Ruger LCP and LCP 2?
The LCP II is a touch wider and a touch taller but it’s not likely you’ll notice that difference, in my opinion. In terms of overall size and feel in the hands, there is not too much of a difference between the LCP and LCP II.
