How do I download Certiport exams?
While logged into the Compass software, click the “Manage Exams” menu in the left sidebar. Click the “Download Additional Exams” button. Select via checkbox all desired Adobe exams your CATC plans to administer. Scroll down and click the “Download Exams” button.
What is Certiport certificate?
Certiport prints and mails certificates to successful candidates at the address entered in the candidate profile if the exam was taken using a voucher or inventory. However, if the exam was taken as part of a site or classroom license agreement, Certiport will provide a digital certificate.

Exams from Home is our Compass delivery software served up in a virtual environment and accessed via the internet through a browser. You will communicate with your Exam Administrator (Proctor) to be administered a certification exam from a virtual machine (VM).
Do Certiport certifications expire?
Certifications on Adobe Digital Marketing Suite products and Creative Cloud are valid for 12 months. Once your certification has expired, you will have 90 days to recertify.
Can you cheat on Certiport?
Cheating. If a test candidate is caught cheating at a Certiport Authorized Testing Center (CATC) during an in-person or Exams from Home session, the exam should be stopped immediately by the proctor/exam administrator. The test candidate should then be notified of the infraction, and informed as to what was observed.
