What does Hi Lift color do?
High lift hair color is nothing but a permanent hair color that lightens your hair without the help of a bleach. It basically strips or “lifts” some of the natural pigment from your hair and deposits the dye onto it, both at the same time.
What developer do you use for HiColor?
Measure 2.4 fl. oz. of Oreor 30 or 40 Volume Developer depending on the degree of lift desired into a non-metallic shaker or bowl. If hair is relaxed, use 20 volume developer only.
