Can you sacrifice act of Treason?
Sacrificing a permanent doesn’t destroy it, so regeneration or other effects that replace destruction can’t affect this action. (Emphasis mine.) If you couldn’t, spells like Act of Treason wouldn’t be nearly as powerful.

You only sacrifice the creature if you still control it at end of turn.

Yes, a creature gets summoning sickness after taking control of it. 302.6.: A creature’s activated ability with the tap symbol or the untap symbol in its activation cost can’t be activated unless the creature has been under its controller’s control continuously since their most recent turn began.
Does a Planeswalker have summoning sickness?
As a general rule, Planeswalkers do not have summoning sickness. Planeswalkers are able to activate their abilities on the same turn they are played in Magic The Gathering. Some Planeswalkers have the ability to become creatures which will make them subject to summoning sickness.
Does gaining control of a creature untap it?
It does not untap the creature it enchants or give it haste. You will not be able to attack with this creature on the turn you stole it unless it is untapped when Mind Control resolves and it has haste via some other means.
Do flickers creatures have summoning sickness?
Yes, because only the creature is exiled, but the equipment stays on the field.
