How long to break in Ortofon 2M Bronze?
When you first put it on, give it a good 50+ hours of break-in before you decide. It’s going to sound extremely bright for a while. After break in, you’re going to be in love with this cart. It excels in all areas and the soundstage and separation you’ll hear is just amazing!

How do you know when a stylus is worn out?
If the needle starts to “skip forward or bounce” it will need to be replaced. Make sure the grip of the Cantilever is solid and not loose. If there is black residue stuck to the point of the needle, it may be a sign that the stylus was overused and not properly maintained.
