Can you take bags into Hammersmith Apollo?
As the safety of our customers is always our main priority we have increased our security measures which affects bags that can be brought into the venue. All bags will be searched upon entry to the building. Please do not bring large bags or suitcases to events as they will not be admitted.

Keeping you safe at events In accordance with the government guidance, COVID passes are no longer required for those who are attending events. It is recommended that you take a lateral flow test before you attend the Eventim Apollo.
Can you take food into the Apollo?
Food and Drink: snacks and drinks are allowed into the auditorium. Drinks purchased from the bar in glass containers must be transferred into plastic cups before being brought into the auditorium. Hot food is not allowed inside the auditorium.

Is there parking at Eventim Apollo?
The Eventim Apollo does not have any parking spaces and we would advise all customers not to drive and park in the surrounding areas due to it being mostly residential. Please also note that theft from cars in the area is high, so again it is advisable not to park in the vicinity of the venue.

It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check the event’s age restriction before purchasing tickets. The unauthorised use of cameras, video or any other form of recording equipment is strictly prohibited. 35mm and small digital cameras are permitted at most events but professional cameras with a detachable zoom lens are not.
