How do you deal with Red Bull?
You could probably cut your Red Bull with plain soda water and cut your risk of atrial fib significantly. Good thoughts. My sleep isn’t ideal but I’ve always been able to fully function on 5-6 hours a night. I don’t drink at all so that’s not a factor.
