Is Humax still trading?
Unfortunately, today we have learned that Humax have stopped manufacturing Freesat supporting set top boxes and those that remain on sale are the last of the available stock. We spoke to Freesat who confirms that their partnership with Humax ended in 2019.

How do I reset my Humax to default settings
- Reset the Humax to its factory default settings.
- Set up the Humax from scratch.
- Then login to the IceTV website and go to My Account > My Recorders then click on the Settings button next to your Humax device and click on the ‘Resend all recordings for this device’ button.
Why is my Freesat not recording?

A factory reset does retune the channels, clear favourite channels, clear your recording schedule etc, pretty much everything except remove your recordings.
Why have my recordings disappeared?
Most likely, you were out of hard drive storage space and the DVR automatically deleted the oldest recorded shows. Shows are only kept until more room is needed, however you can protect shows from deletion from the Recorded TV category.
