Mature Student Applicants You can present tangible evidence of ability to cope with the program at Ryerson and have completed, typically with grades of 70% or higher, all subject prerequisite(s) or equivalent required for individual program admission.

Mature student status may be granted to applicants who are over 19 years old and do not have a high school diploma or GED. It is intended to allow applicants who have not completed high school the opportunity to be considered for admission, based on the skills and experience they have acquired since leaving school.

The SLC will be open to general bookings for all Ryerson students starting September 7 and the Collaborative and Group Work Room will be available at 50% capacity. The operating hours will be Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 to 8:00 p.m.
